The Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center is accepting reservations all year round!

The Campgrounds feature spaces that accommodate full hook-up. Full hook-up sites are available April through October (weather permitting). Electric-only hook-ups are available November through March (weather permitting); during this time, the dump station is closed.

Your reservation must be made prior to your arrival!

Check-in is from 1PM - 7PM; those arriving after 7PM will still be assisted. Check-out is 12PM.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

For Monon Campgrounds: Enter the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center at Gate 4 (via 42^nd Street). Turn RIGHT at the first intersection and follow the road until you reach Gate 2. Turn LEFT at Gate 2 and campgrounds will be on your right along the fence line. Do not enter through Gate 6, it is closed until Spring 2026 for construction.

Once parked, call (317) 927-7520 and an employee will come to unlock your electrical box.

Check-out time is 12PM – if you have not vacated the spot by 12PM, we will charge you for another night of stay.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• If a reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, a flat $10 cancellation fee will be charged (per reservation that is cancelled)
• If a reservation is cancelled between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival, the first night’s rental fee plus tax will be charged as a cancellation fee (per reservation that is cancelled)
• If a reservation is cancelled on or after the day of arrival, the customer will forfeit their entire rental fee
